Warranty & Returns

My warranty and return policy is very simple. If you decide that after using the Hasselconverter for 30 days you don't like it, simply send me an email stating so through the contact page of this website.   I will authorize a return  and arrange to refund the original purchase price.   The Hasselconverter is guaranteed to be free from defects or breakage for a period of 12 months from the purchase date. If it breaks within the 12 months I will replace it.

Purchaser/user of the Hasselconverter 9 volt adapter assumes all risks associated with installing and using the 9 volt adapter in the Hasselblad 500EL/ELM/ELX camera body. Simply put, If any part of your camera breaks while using the Hasselconverter, you are solely responsible, PERIOD. The seller/maker of Hasselconverter is not responsible for ANY damage to your camera.  Many of the Hasselblad 500EL/ELM/ELX cameras are now 50 years old and this why I will not be responsible for any kind of breakage or damage to the camera. 

   As with any dry battery powered product, the Hasselconverter should be removed from the camera body when the camera is stored or not being used for periods over 30 days. This will prevent any possibility of camera damage from battery leakage. The maker of Hasselconverter WILL NOT be held responsible for ANY damage of ANY kind to your camera caused by use of Hasselconverter in your camera PERIOD.

The manufacturer and/or seller shall not be liable for any loss of income or damage to personal or professional reputation resulting from use of the Hasselconverter.

 The use of the name "Hasselblad" in any literature by the manufacturer of the Hasselconverter is solely for descriptive purposes and in no way implies any approval,affiliation or business relationship with, or sponsorship of the Hassleconverter by the manufacturer or importer of any Hasselblad product or system and any such relationship is denied.
